comfort of the bed, complete breakfast and attention of one of the waiters. I quite liked the location of the hotel which had a shopping mall right in front of it that always comes in handy. There is plenty of parking in the area so it is not worth paying for the hotel, plus. In the room there is coffee that even if we don't drink it can be good.

I lacked some space in the room as it was quite small. In the bathroom I lacked the toothbrush that as usual I didn't bring from home and I left the sponge and bathing cap instead. the gel and shampoo to not generate so much packaging could be big size which is always better for the environment. In the pool there was an unpleasant smell of pipes that was quite a bit backwards, although the pool itself was clean and they gave towels to the customers, is always very comfortable. In the room the fridge was barely cooling.

THE VERY COMPLETE BREAKFAST, THE WAITRESSES WHO WAITED ON THE TABLES VERY ATTENTIVELY AT ALL TIMES. THE VERY FRIENDLY RECEPTIONISTS, A LITTLE BIT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE ROOM WAS MISSING BUT OTHERWISE PERFECT ATTENTION . THE FACT THAT IT HAS A SWIMMING POOL IS ALSO TO BE WELCOMED IN AUGUST. WHENEVER THERE IS AVAILABILITY I GO TO HOTELS OF THE VINCCI CHAIN NEVER FAILS.

I REQUESTED A DOUBLE BED AND THE ROOM HAD TWO BEDS, I DIDN'T COMMENT BECAUSE IT WAS A HIGH FLOOR AND IT COMPENSATED, BUT THEY COULD HAVE INFORMED US UPON ARRIVAL. I COMMENTED THAT THE BATHROOM OF OUR ROOM WAS CONDITIONED FOR HANDICAPPED PEOPLE THAT SEEMS TO ME PERFECT OF COURSE I DO NOT KNOW IF THEY WILL ALL BE THE SAME BUT THE CHAIR INSTALLED IN THE SHOWER BOTHERS A LITTLE AND BECAUSE WE ARE NOT USED TO IT WE BUMPED INTO IT SEVERAL TIMES, OTHERWISE THE ROOM IS VERY CLEAN LIKE THE REST OF THE HOTEL.

Stayed in this property for 4 nights and really enjoyed our choice. It was clean. - Staff was patient and helpful. - the hotel's position was particularly good and unbeatable, close to the center. - Everything was nice.

Big and comfortable with a pillow menu. air conditioning was working very fast and there were many lights and sockets throughout the room and desk was also large for work. breakfast was great, there was a lot of variety and they made eggs and omelettes on the spot. I loved the breakfast!

restaurant is very disappointing and so is the pool. menu at noon does not reach the quality and height of breakfast, not bad in quantity but not rich or tasty. In other restaurants near the hotel and paying half we have eaten better. swimming pool has a bad schedule. During the week it opens at 11 am but the worst thing is that on the weekend it opens at 12. We have gone as a couple, me for work and idea was that in the meantime my partner would enjoy the pool but the disappointment has been absolute when I realized that if I got up early I had to wait a lot of hours to go to the pool. Explain that to a child.. so with children and for families I do not recommend it at all. Besides, it's less apparent than in the photos and with very few sunbeds and no umbrellas. In short, you have a pool but it's very, basic.

Friendly reception and fast entry and exit procedures. The room was cozy and comfortable although not very big. Everything was very clean. The bathroom is quite functional with a shower. It is located near the ring road of Valladolid so the entrance and exit is fast. It is far from the centre so it is necessary to take a bus, taxi or bring your own car. The area is quiet and has a lot of bars and restaurants. Across the road there is a shopping and leisure centre quite well known in Valladolid. It has a very interesting restaurant and cafeteria but we do not use them. We saw that there was an economical menu of the day during the week and something else at the weekend. The room's fridge is worth mentioning: it's the only hotel I've seen with very, very acceptable and affordable prices. (a point in its favour). It has wifi and works well. We use the parking lot aunqur in the surroundings you can find parking outside. In our case excellent value for money.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, making it easy to find. the rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable. the highlight for us was the two Tesla destination chargers available, perfect for our electric car. the hotel seemed new and well-finished, with complimentary water provided. the pool was also lovely. the staff were incredibly attentive and the morning coffee with muffins before our departure was a pleasant surprise. a superb stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Vincci! The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location, although slightly outside the center of town, was convenient with a mall right next to it. The staff was kind and very efficient, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The outdoor pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxing. The hotel rooms were well designed and very clean. Parking was a breeze with their wide and easy-to-use underground car park. We also appreciated the option to order extra pillows for added comfort. The bathroom was a good size and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. we had a great experience at Vincci Frontaura.
